Delivery Methods and Shipping Costs

The price of the Products is the price shown on the Website at the time the Customer submits the order.

Prices include standard packaging costs and, where applicable, VAT and any other taxes required by applicable law.

For orders shipped abroad, VAT treatment may vary depending on the destination country and the type of customer. Where applicable law requires VAT to be charged at the rate of the destination country, the Website calculates VAT using the rate applicable in that country. For business customers, VAT treatment is also determined on the basis of the tax information provided and, where applicable, the validity of the EU VAT number.

Shipping costs charged to the Customer are considered ancillary to the sale of the Products and, where required by applicable tax legislation, follow the same VAT treatment as the main transaction.

The total amount of the order, including the Products, any applicable shipping costs and VAT, is shown in the cart and at checkout before the order is finally confirmed.

Shipping Costs

ITALY

For orders below €50.00, shipping costs are €5.00.

For orders exceeding the €50.00 threshold, shipping is free of charge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping costs are determined according to the destination country:

  • Zone 1 – €5.00: Germany, Netherlands, Poland.
  • Zone 2 – €7.00: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Principality of Monaco, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary.
  • Zone 3 – €9.00: Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Luxembourg, Malta, Sweden.

For international orders exceeding €100.00, shipping is free of charge regardless of the destination zone.

The applicable shipping costs and related tax treatment are always summarised at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Order Preparation and Delivery

Onedesign.bike will begin preparing and shipping the order as promptly as possible after the order has been confirmed and, where required by the selected payment method, after payment has been successfully verified.

Deliveries are normally carried out by Poste Italiane. Onedesign.bike reserves the right to use a different carrier where necessary depending on the destination or specific delivery requirements.

Any delivery times shown on the Website are indicative. Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, the Products will be delivered without undue delay and in any event within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.

If delivery does not take place within the agreed period or, where no specific period has been agreed, within the period required by applicable law, the Consumer may request that Onedesign.bike complete delivery within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances.

If delivery is not completed within this additional period, the Consumer may exercise the rights provided for by applicable law, including, where applicable, termination of the contract and reimbursement of the amounts paid.

Checking the Goods Upon Delivery

Upon delivery, the Customer is advised to check:

  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number, if any, indicated in the transport document;
  • that the Products received correspond to those ordered;
  • that the packaging is intact and is not damaged, wet, open or otherwise altered.

If there is visible damage to the packaging, missing packages or other irregularities that can be identified at the time of delivery, the Customer is advised to report them immediately to the carrier and to accept the shipment subject to a specific reservation, indicating the type of irregularity found on the carrier's delivery document.

The Customer should also promptly notify Onedesign.bike of the issue and, where possible, provide photographs of the packaging and the Products received.

Accepting the shipment subject to reservation is a useful precaution for documenting the condition of the shipment and does not limit the rights granted to the Consumer under applicable law.

Any tax documentation relating to the order, where required, will be issued and transmitted in accordance with applicable law.
