Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Product Exchanges

9.1. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code, Consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase contract without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

Where multiple goods are ordered in a single order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last item.

The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal using one of the following methods:

1. using the dedicated withdrawal function available on the Website for contracts concluded through an online interface. The function is made available in a visible, easily accessible and continuous manner throughout the period during which the right of withdrawal may be exercised. The procedure allows the Customer to provide or confirm their name, the information necessary to identify the contract from which they wish to withdraw and the electronic means through which they wish to receive confirmation;
2. sending an explicit statement of withdrawal by e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.;
3. sending a written notice by registered mail to the Seller's registered office.

Once the withdrawal request has been submitted and confirmed through the online function, the Seller will send the Customer, without undue delay, an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, for example by e-mail, including the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time of its submission.

Use of the online withdrawal function does not limit the Customer's right to use any other withdrawal method permitted by law.

9.2. Returning the Products

The Customer must return the products without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated.

The products must be adequately packaged and complete with all accessories, manuals, labels and any other items supplied with the product. Where available, use of the original packaging is recommended; however, the absence of the original packaging does not automatically result in the loss of the right of withdrawal.

The Customer may handle the products only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same way as would normally be possible in a physical retail store.

The Customer is liable only for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The direct costs of returning the goods are entirely borne by the Customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise or where the Seller has expressly agreed to bear such costs.

9.3. Refund

The Seller will refund all amounts due within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Seller is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw from the contract.

The refund will include the price of the products purchased and the delivery costs corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery option offered by the Seller.

Any additional costs incurred by the Customer for choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by the Seller will not be refunded.

Pursuant to Article 56, paragraph 3, of the Italian Consumer Code, the Seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the Customer has provided evidence that the goods have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed between the parties and provided that the Customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the Customer must provide the bank details required to process the refund.

9.4. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded, among other cases, for:

• the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalised;
• the supply of goods made at the Customer's specific request or personalised with logos, names, graphics, colours, numbers or other characteristics requested by the Customer, where such personalisation makes the goods made to measure or clearly personalised;
• the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once unsealed after delivery;
• the supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• any other case provided for by Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.

The right of withdrawal provided for by the Italian Consumer Code does not apply to purchases made by Professional Customers acting in the course of their business, commercial, craft or professional activity.

9.5. Product Exchange

The product exchange service is an additional commercial service offered by the Seller and does not replace or limit the statutory right of withdrawal.

The Customer may request that the purchased product be replaced with another item available in the catalogue, provided that the product to be exchanged is returned:

• intact;
• unused;
• complete with all accessories, manuals, labels and any other items supplied with the product;
• adequately packaged and, where available, in its original packaging;
• within any time limit specified by the Seller.

The product exchange may be carried out by tracked shipment to:

If the new item has a higher price than the item originally purchased, the Customer must pay the corresponding price difference.

If the new item has a lower price than the item originally purchased, the difference will be refunded to the Customer after deduction of a flat fee of €9.90 to cover logistics, administrative costs, management of the exchange request and any banking or payment fees.

The flat fee of €9.90 applies exclusively to the optional commercial product exchange service and does not apply to the exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal.

All shipping costs relating to the return of the product and the subsequent shipment of the replacement item are entirely borne by the Customer.

Shipments with charges payable by the recipient will not be accepted.

The product exchange service is not available for personalised or made-to-measure products, products marked as "end of line" or "discontinued", or any other products that the Seller decides to exclude from the commercial exchange service, without prejudice, where applicable, to the statutory right of withdrawal.
