Payment Methods
Orders placed on Onedesign.bike may be paid by bank transfer or credit card. Unless otherwise specified, payment must be made in advance and for the full amount shown at the end of the checkout process.
The total amount payable, including the Products, any applicable shipping costs and VAT, is shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Bank Transfer
Payment by bank transfer must be made using the following bank details:

Customers are advised to include the order number and the name or company name used for the purchase in the payment reference, in order to allow faster identification of the payment.

Order preparation and shipment may begin after the amount due has been credited to the bank account indicated above. Transfer times depend on the Customer’s bank.
Credit Card
Credit card payments are processed through XPay, Nexi’s e-commerce payment service.
During the payment process, the Customer is redirected to the payment environment provided by XPay, where they can enter the information required for the transaction and complete the payment in accordance with the security procedures required by the payment network and the card issuer.
Onedesign.bike does not store the Customer’s complete payment card details. The outcome of the transaction is communicated to Onedesign.bike by the payment system in order to allow the order to be processed.
Credit Card Payment Security
XPay uses security protocols and tools for managing online payments, including transaction protection systems and, where applicable, 3D Secure authentication procedures.
Communications involving sensitive transaction data are protected through encrypted connections and in accordance with the security standards required by the payment networks and the service used.
The Customer is required to complete any authentication procedures requested by their bank or card issuer in order to authorise the payment.
Order Cancellation and Refunds
If an order is cancelled after payment has already been authorised or charged, Onedesign.bike will initiate the reversal or refund of the amount due using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.
The time required for funds to be released or credited back depends on the payment system, the card network and the Customer’s bank and is not directly determined by Onedesign.bike.
